Parkview Cardiovascular

Same complaint as everyone else's. I've called multiple times and left multiple messages just trying to reschedule my mom's appointment. Why is it so hard to answer the phone or call me back.

Dr is great. Support staff or assistant not responsive. Called 3weeks ago ended up calling my internist. Called three days ago call back supposed to be 48 hours. Concerned about very low heart rate. No call back from assistant. As of today third day

The doctors are amazing but the the reason im giving 2 stars. Is because the receptionist is rude and non helpful. I called to let them know I'd be 15mins late because I'm driving from Colorado City and had car trouble. She tells me if im 10mins late I have to reschedule. I dont understand considering I called why it matters if im 15mins late compared to 10mins late. I have a heart condition and have been waiting a month to get seen now I'm gonna have to wait another month over 5mins. So now I'm stuck having attacks with my heart with no medication.

Was scheduled for echo stress test Aug 11 upon arrival they could not do because I have a pace maker. Wouldn't you know that prior to visit it is on medical records..rechdule to sept 23 on my way they called broken camera reschedule again but way into October 26 No concern for patients time or efforts. Scheduler got pretty rude when I voiced my concerns. I was upset but this is sad 3 months to get a test

First off: Major kudos to Dr. Berarducci and the nurse or assistant who took my information. Both were friendly and pleasant do deal with. Dr. Berarducci is completely down to earth and displays common sense rare in today's medical environment. That said the reasons for the 1 star: First, The front desk personnel are overworked. They are constantly on the phone and distracted as they check patients in and out. Second: the lingering pointless, nonsensical covidiocy. I was reminded over and over to make sure to bring my mask. Mask signs were everywhere and they still had those ridiculous taped squares on the floor to tell patients where to stand. The staff were all wearing pointless masks. Parkview needs to quit it.
