i visited MCR today to see a friend who was in the hospital and the lady at the front desk with short, brown curly hair was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning. she should NOT work in a hospital if kindness if the last thing she cares about. after sitting around for almost 5 hours, my friends and i were standing by the "food delivery" counter and our hands were full so we decided to set some stuff down. there was ONE bag of food on the very large counter and we decided to move it slightly so we weren't in the way of whoever's food it was. this lady was coming over to grab a wheelchair and very loudly and rudely said "that's a food drop off counter, you need to move yourself and your stuff somewhere else. you don't move other peoples things, you need to be the one to move." she had an attitude from the get-go and decided to also throw in some dirty looks. here's the thing lady, if you've been sitting for 5 consecutive hours you're going to want to stand for a little bit. second off, maybe don't hide the sign behind the bag of food where it is NOT visible. third off, none of us have ever been there before so how the heck were we supposed to know that standing there is unacceptable? she could've been a lot kinder about it but chose to be disgusting and nasty about it instead. you would think since she works in a hospital she would offer a little bit of kindness. i will be contacting HR and filing a complaint, so i hope your horrible ego and attitude was worth it!

My fiance and I were in the emergency room for 5 hours due to his severe stomach pain. The lobby was used as a one size fits all room. We witnessed a man have a seizure in the lobby as he was waiting to be seen and when staff was alerted they didn't bother to check on him. My Fiance was going to pass out and all we got was a "he's fine I'm sure it's just because his pain" and the nurse moved on with his day. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and did not care for us at all. We waited a total of 6 hours to have medical care and everyone who came in after us was immediately put into a room. When we asked to be discharged so we could go seek real help the staff was rude and the nurse that removed his IV ripped it out of his arm causing it to bleed uncontrollably. It wasn't until I said that he was bleeding did she put some gauze and wrap around it. 0/10 their bedside manner is the worst I have ever seen. If you have a real emergency do NOT go here. You won't be taken seriously but someone with a stubbed toe will have priority over you.

I am disappointed with the service being provided at this location. One- My father is scheduled for a kidney removal surgery on December 17, 2025. The nurse who scheduled our pre-op failed to put it in the system and we have been here for almost 3 hours just waiting. Two- I was put on a waiting list for the rheumatology department and it will be 2 years this December and nothing. I am a pretty flexible and understanding person but this is not okay. My dad is 72. Not the youngest or oldest but he's up there. So disappointing. So, we were finally seen but boy did I have to bite my tongue. The check-in ladies were wonderful! But, the urology receptionist and the LPN Brooke... Brooke was rude and no apology from either. No thank you for your time, flexibility or patience. Nothing!! Instead, Brooke wanted us thank her for seeing my dad on her time. Maybe, I would have have but I didn't like her approach or character.

My Gf and I had the worst experience possible on 6/14 in the E.R -The room was absolutely disgusting and filthy. -The wait was over 2 hours before a doctor saw us. -The nurses were extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. -I called to explain my concerns to the patient access representative (who I will say was extremely kind) but when our call was returned all we were told was a "formal complaint will be filed". This hospital used to be clean,professional, friendly, respectful, and timely. I'm not sure what's happened but the health care was below subpar. Patients deserve a lot better. Women and Men deserve better. Moms and Dads & Children deserve better.

I went to the ER this morning for a dislocated shoulder. I was in excruciating pain, I was treated by Dr Benjamin Sholl. He was amazing and used a slow maneuvering technique to put my shoulder back in place. He was very patient, empathetic and knowledgeable. I was so scared but he made me feel very safe. Also the team that came in to take care of me was very good. Especially the x-ray team I don't know their names, but there were 2 females and 1 male working together to move me around. Even though I was in a lot of pain they were very patient and kind in the time that I really needed it. Also thank you to the male nurse that took really good care of me and put me in a sling and gave me crackers and juice. He was very thorough on after care. Having a great doctor and a good team working together is very important especially at the time of need when you have patients not feeling good or in a lot of pain. Knowing that your in good hands makes all the difference in the world. Thank you
