Two days ago I had risky cardiac surgery at Medical Center of the Rockies. I was well prepared for the surgery. The procedure went well no complications. I had a one night stay in the hospital that went fabulously and I am already home and getting through with one Tylenol every eight hours. Great job, UCH.
Dr Madon is a caring and compassionate provider. He's an excellent listener and came to the appointment prepared having read my medical history. He is an astounding problem solver. Everyone in his office is pleasant and respectful. I strongly recommend Dr Madon.
From check in to check out...all were very professional and very helpful. We were seen early for our latest appt. and never rushed. Questions are encouraged and answered in a way we understand. I definitely recommend this clinic.
To start, the journey to figure out what was actually wrong with me was very difficult. It took almost a year and a half to finally understand what needed to happen. When I finally got the prognosis, that's when it got real. I visited with Dr. McDermott and she recommended open heart surgery...scary news, but needed. Once I showed up for the surgery, every person in the Heart and Vascular Clinic, I mean EVERY PERSON was very attentive and you could tell they were being genuine. Post op, everybody in ICU were amazing as well. I really cannot express how amazing they were. If I had to complain about one thing, getting shaved from my to toes to my nose was not fun. Hahaha I am not advocating for OHS, but if it is needed, this is the best place to go.
Dr Hatch has been my cardiologist for years. He always addresses any changes in my health very quickly. He is very knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. The staff is always great. I wouldn t go anywhere else .
