I love that they come up north. I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Smith. It was easy and straight forward. The only think I wish is that they told what building at MCR they would be in. North or South. Or even just say "The Youth Clinic". Turns out the address is for the entire hospital. It would help if they added that tidbit in the reminder.
Our pediatric pulmonologist was incredible. To find the location was tricky. I think the staff needs to be informed that they (pediatric pulmonary) exist and where we need to go. All in all our provider experience was amazing, finding where we needed to go was a disaster.

We had an amazing experience, just like all of our experiences that we have had with Children's hospital! We saw Dr. Houin, who was patient, informative, kind, and answered all of our questions. I'm not sure how Children's does it, but they always hire exceptional and very nice employees. Everyone from the people who check you in to the providers who are caring for your children. Would highly recommend to anyone!
The office is nice and clean and I experienced little wait time for both appointments. My first appointment was for a non-issue and those doctors were great. Dr. Vue, however definitely could put more effort into participating in conversations about the patient. I'm concerned with how little she retained and applied from our conversation. She seemed to make an assumption based on just statistics. It took months to get results from lab work and I had to remind them multiple times about it. They said if I wanted to see the lab results to get them from the lab. When I had a question about an abnormal result I was told to make another appointment to discuss it. The estimate provided for the two appointments was close to $100 but I ended up having to play close to $1k! For what I paid, I really should have been given more than just half an ear.
