I went to the emergency room with possible heart attack. Test were given and determined I needed catherization in my wrist if possible. Dr Glass came into my room and explained everything he was going to do. He was very informative answered all my questions. He inserted 2 stents into my heart. After procedure he came to my room to explain what he had to do. He was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Dr Glass in a second. I am glad he was on staff when I got to the hospital.

HORRIBLE! RUN DO NOT WALK IF YOU HAPPEN TO GET THIS CARDIOLOGIST WHILE IN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. MY Husband has a significant cardiac history and has had a heart attack and several stents. We had only been in COS for a short time when my husband woke up on a Sunday not feeling well. I took him to the Briargate facility but they had to transfer him to the Boulder facility for the Cath lab. Dr. Glass did the cath and came out and told me he did angioplasty in 2 spots. I asked why no stents were used because my husband already had a history of the angios closing up right away. That is why he already had 7 stents. He was SO rude and told me he will be fine. My husband was discharged Tuesday morning. Wednesday morning he woke up complaining of chest pain. Paramedics took him back to Memorial downtown. Wednesday at 11 am he was back in the cath lab. I waited for 2hrs becoming more nervous as time went on. I went to the nurses station and asked about my husband. The Nurse said 'the Doctor didn't come out and talk to you? My heart sank and tears started and I said NO. The nurse went back to the restricted area and I was in FULL panic mode when she came back. She told me that my husband had had 2 stents put in and had been taken back to his room 30 mins ago. The doctors from this group did not even come out to talk to me. We are fortunate enough to have 2 health insurance policies and I work for one of the insurers. The insurance company was not trying to cut corners or push us out of the facility prematurely. This appeared to be an arrogant incompetent Physician that I would not recommend. Bedside manner can be overlooked but not blatant disregard of a patient's history. Thankfully we switched to an excellent Cardiologist somewhere else.
