My father has been trying to get a call back about his blood pressure rising into an urgent state since they are messing with his medications. This office doesn't return phone calls. It has been many days since he left a message. This isn't the first time this has happened. I asked for an office manager and they sent me to a phone that rang until it hung up (probably some office that is empty and no phone connected to it). This office DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S PATIENTS!! If you want to die from a heart attack or stroke, this is the office for you!! If you want to live, you're better off going anywhere else than this place. Dr. Murphy...I don't know how good of a doctor you are, but you are responsible for how your office interacts. It falls on your malpractice policy.

What a nightmare. The woman responsible for setting up appointments for this company is very bad at it. She was supposed to call me once she received my referral. She received a referral that she didn't like, so instead of calling me or my doctor about it, she decided to completely ignore it instead. Been trying to schedule for a month, now, to no avail. I initially spoke with her about an appointment specifically for the Longmont location, and she confirmed the address for me, only to schedule an appointment to the Littleton location, instead. After I called her back, she told me that the referral was for the location in Littleton. Why she didn't tell me that initially is beyond me. She said she'd need a new referral and that once she receives it, she'd call me back. She never called me back, despite my doctor telling me that the referral was sent and that I would be hearing from her on Friday. Today is Tuesday. I called her back, only to have her lie to me about having called me and leaving a message on Friday. You know how cellphones leave a call history on them? Well, there's no history of her ever calling me, other than 2 weeks ago, when she called me to tell me that she'll call me back but never did. Finally, she told me that she was scheduling an appointment for me for July 13th. Just logged into my patient portal, only to discover that there was no appointment set up for that day or any day. I'm not sure how any company could run their business like this, particularly, a healthcare business. It baffles me that they could put a person like this in charge of patients with heart problems, of all things.

My dad had to go through hoops to just schedule a cardio vascular stress test. Service in scheduling an appointment and basic communication with patients has to be one of the ' WORST ' clinics in US to work with.

Do not do business with this office. My wife & I have had nothing but miscommunication from here & they do not hold themselves accountable for anything. They claim they were trying to call my wife to reschedule an appointment and yet, after realizing that they have the right phone number, they have not called. We instead got a letter in the mail THE DAY BEFORE HER APPOINTMENT. Stay away from here at all "cost".

My/my husband's experience with this doctor/company has been AWFUL!! He saw a doctor, they prescribed him to wear a heart monitor, they received the results back in May22 yet have never called or followed-up with us to provide us the results. AND every time I have called to make a follow-up appointment for three months now, I sit on hold for 30 minutes at a time before giving up....doesn't matter which phone number at any of their locations you call. What a ridiculous way to run a business. You can't even leave your name and number for a call back! Highly recommend NOT using this practice!
