Dr. Lowthorp and staff are not only aware of the most recent and modern medical ideas, they are also kind and compassionate people. It is that combination that makes them the best in their field.
Well, my doctor left the practice and no other doctors in this office are taking new patients. They said I'd have to a) find a new Dr. And b) in another practice!!! My husband uses Dr Pang. He reached out to Dr Pang who's admin said he couldn't take me on. So, I guess we'll both be finding new Dr's. Way to care for your patients....
I wouldn't have put a rating if it didn't make me. I just called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Lowthorp, and apparently, they use a manual calendar system. Since he hasn't posted his on the wall, the office couldn't make an appt for me. ??? Fascinating.
The NP Kate and MA Jax who took are of me were personable, calm, thorough, intelligent. I felt like I was in good hands. My lab was drawn in the room so I didn't have to go to a separate appointment, which was a nice surprise.
