I only saw Dr. Tsvetkova once before she left the clinic where I was being seen, but my experience was sadly not as good as what others had. I waited for more than 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen by her and could hear her talking and laughing with another patient in the room next to mine about non-medical topics. When she finally came to see me as a new patient for the first time, she spent approximately seven minutes with me before wrapping my visit up. More recently, when I went to refill my prescription from her, I was surprised to find that she rejected my refill as she had changed clinics. I understand her not wanting to refill it as she no longer was a part of that office, but I wish that her office would have informed me of that as now I may not be able to get my refill of statins before the one I have now runs out.
