Dr. Valens did an awesome procedure which I am highly grateful for.
My followup visit 6 months later took maybe a couple of minutes. He asked me how I was doing, took vitals, said he was leaving me on meds and taking me off them all in another 6 months.
When my scheduled appointment came up 6 months later I was looking forward to not having to take the meds. Unfortunately his office called and said they had to reschedule me and he didn't have an opening until 2 months later which was a bit aggravating. I'm a month away from my appt and just got a call to reschedule once again.
I get that our medical staff are overworked and they do thankless jobs. I appreciate them a lot and I value their time, I really do. I wish I could be super patient about this but I just have to wonder, when does the patient's time become valuable?
