5 Stars - Outstanding Care from Dr. Anderson and the Entire Team I've had an exceptional experience with Dr. Anderson and the entire staff at the clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The front desk team is professional, friendly, and always efficient with scheduling and follow-ups. Dr. Anderson is truly an outstanding cardiologist--thorough, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure all my questions are answered. I never feel rushed during appointments, and his calm, reassuring manner gives me great confidence in my care. The nurses and support staff are equally attentive and kind, making each visit smooth and stress-free. It's clear that everyone here truly cares about their patients' well-being. I received such excellent and compassionate patient care from Priscilla (I'd give 10 stars if I could :) and her supervisor Samantha who assisted in the background. Horrible service - we tried getting my mom in for a month and she has severe heart issues. They did try to call her a few times but we asked them to call me after they couldn't reach her and they didn't call until today. When I talked to the scheduler she said she had called my phone (not my mom's) 3 times before which was a lie because they didn't have my phone number until last week. I typically don't write bad reviews but I don't recommend them at all and am highly concerned for my mom's heart health.

Unfortunately, my experience has aligned with others. Quite frankly, the practice is too busy or disorganized to the point of malpractice. I've seen Dr. Altman, who I really like, but everything else about my experience has been negative. In just the few years I've been a patient, I've had appointments canceled with no ability to reschedule for months. I once had to call the office 10 times just to get a prescription renewed. Most recently, it's been over a week since I last called to discuss medications, and I still haven't received a call back. The receptionists are always very apologetic and professional, but this has been one of my worst experiences with a medical practice.

I am so grateful to have found this practice. The staff and physicians are so helpful and respectful. Dr. Anderson is by far one of the best doctors that I have ever seen in my life. Honestly. He is so kind and listens to my concerns and answers my questions. Absolutely the best!!
