I was never informed of your move. I drove to old Lutheran on 38th for my appt., had to call to get your new address. When I arrived, was told my appt was next day, when clearly there was a mistake, as my reminder text showed different. I had to return later in afternoon for appt. No one, except Dr. ever even apologized to me.
