Absolutely fantastic! Top notch services, top notch staff, top notch physicians! 10+ My doctor (Maria Housley Kolter) and her staff for over a decade have given me top notch, professional care. I'm 60 and Maria and the team, from Spine Colorado and the MRI department, recently discovered a serious medical condition with my spine, through the use of MRIs, X-rays and Maria's extensive medical knowledge. I am very grateful for them taking the time, and having the knowledge to find out what had been causing me serious pain and problems for years and coming up with a plan. You will here from many sources that the Durango area doesn't have very good medical options available. I beg to differ, we have common Spirit Mercy hospital and a great group of knowledgeable physicians who listen to people's needs, concerns and are very respectful regardless of religion or color. I'm deeply grateful and owe a great deal of gratitude to Common Spirit Mercy Hospital and my primary care physician (Maria Housley Kolter) and the staff for all they have done for me over the years. I had my first baby here in June and I had a wonderful experience. The care team that took care of my baby and I was knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. The TLC nurses took great care to make me feel extra relaxed and comforted during my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to deliver. During postpartum I visited the lactation nurses who went above and beyond to support my breastfeeding journey. Thank you Mercy Hospital!

Excellent Hospital staff and Dr's delivered my daughters baby girl this evening. She arrived at 10 cm dialated and had NO time for epideral or pain meds. Ive never been to a more well put together establishment. These nurses and Dr deserve wonderful recognition for their 100% awesomeness, I couldn't have asked for better care. 5 stars and beyond!

I've never had the quality of care I was provided my Mercy medical personnel this last week. I was in the garden wing and I was beyond grateful for the compassion of my nurses and the diligence of the doctors to make sure every t was crossed and every I dotted. They went out of the way to make sure that when I left the hospital they had done what they could to ensure I'd not be returning! I've been in and out of the hospital several times throughout my life and have never experienced the kind of care and compassion I was afforded while in their care! I'm extremely grateful for the experience and the trust that I had with the entire team. From the Doctors to the janitor I was afforded grace and kindness! I'd especially like to thank Nurses Megan and Kara as well as Dr.Todd and Tono for the compassion and care provided!

We had a great experience here. My toddler was severely dehydrated due to a stomach bug and all of the staff was phenomenal during our overnight stay. Dr. Dave was extremely thorough and our nurse Richelle went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and making sure we had the best care.
