If I could give this place a -1000 I would. Due to their lack of compassion for patients and the need to rush them along. My dad is in the hospital with a stroke from something that he was proactive and could've been prevented, but it was completely dismissive by them. My dad's whole experience with them was just a nightmare and I warning people to please do your research and advocate for yourself. When my dad originally got his appointment, he was given the wrong address two weeks ago and showed up at a different location. When he called the receptionist, she was rude and said my dad It was my dad's fault and just completely no level of compassion. Which should've been his first indicator he went in for very high blood pressure consistently for a month. He saw the nurse practitioner and was told after an EKG was done that he was fine and he needs to up his blood pressure medicine. Unfortunately, my dad suffered from a stroke yesterday because he had a blood clot on his heart. That's been there a few weeks. Why wasn't an ultrasound given? . I don't know, but it's pretty devastating when you search for answers and be proactive for your health.Specially, when you pay for it every month. If somebody comes into your office, do the right test don't just rush them along people's life's depend on it. I understand doctors have a hard job and many of them are wonderful. But the fact that my dad wasn't given an ultrasound or an echo or any of that stuff it's just mind blowing it really is and I know my post does not matter to them, I know that my dad doesn't matter to them. It's just let's get to the next patient. But hopefully somebody reads this and demands more test. When my dad called them yesterday because he was having symptoms, they told him to go to urgent care. Why the hell would you tell him to go to urgent care? So he went to urgent care and they said no you need to go to the emergency room and will call 911. What a joke this place is. It's disgusting and this all could've been prevented if they would have cared a little more from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner not even the doctor. Ridiculous you guys all should be ashamed of yourself.
The experience of trying to book a test with the Heart and Vascular Center was terrible. It is impossible to get a person on the phone. I waited on hold for 15 minutes, then was transferred two times and then the system disconnected me. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Not a very welcoming place, the doctor didn't seem very friendly then today I had a video appointment and I had to call the office after 15 minutes went by and there was no doctor so I spoke to a receptionist which who was not friendly and basically made me feel like I was bothering them when I explained because if we're required to show up 15 minutes prior to appointment and then it's 15 minutes past my appointment start time, I shouldn't be put on hold and then she wants to say well you're required to get on 15 minutes prior to the appointment but yet the doctor cannot even show up to the appointment so in a week if I do not receive my co payment I pre paid while E check in , I shall speak to a supervisor because that's charging without service so this place was a damn joke, now I have to find another doctor but one that actually cares clearly.
