Today's visit restored my love for National Jewish. I've been coming here for 13 plus years I'd say and throughout the years I've seen a bit of a shift from 2012 to present. I've been praying for the day that the consistently came back and the huge support from all the doctors was restored. I feel the covid epidemic really changed things during 2020 and years forward. I'll be honest in saying it made me less motivated to wanna keep my appointments given the care I was use to diminished. I've seen about 10 plus different docs in all the years at NJ and several specialists so I feel I'm able to have decent input overall. Today my visit restored the love I had in NJ given I felt that amazing feeling again of cared for, supported, listened to and not rushed. Dr Koslow, Dr Stepp and his practitioner have both been amazing to me and so has Dr Amos and her MA. I'll be seeing an allergist again in a few days after many years of not seeing anyone so I'll be able to touch on this soon also. One thing I can say is National Jewish has always been very thorough and does not give up ever on their patients no matter how rough things have been in life. They will call you and will stay on you about your appointment, they will accommodate for scheduling needs, they will send you for testing prior to just throwing out prescriptions unless they fully understand a diagnosis already. Also before I forget another shout out to Dr Raphael Sung in cardiology he was so understanding and very professional. I went through so much in the last years and they were all patient with me. From here on out I'm gonna make sure every appointment I have here that I'm on time for as these appointments are important to others that may need them more. Thanks, Dom Bohpy

My rheumatologist was great! Very thorough. I also did some cardiac testing and the man who did it was awesome, very kind and professional. Same with the phlebotomist. Checking in to appointments is easy and I always get my test results on mychart asap, usually the day of. My experiences have been only positive!

I visited their sleep clinic on a referral, but uh... I don't think I can recommend this particular clinic to pretty much anyone. They made a ton of errors on my paperwork (even my vitals, like height and weight!) that took significant effort to get corrected, significantly overcharged me for services compared to the initial quote, and they've refused to provide me with my prescription despite leaving, like... 4 messages. It's impossible to get in touch with someone at the office now - was fine when I was setting up the appointment, but now that I actually want the results, there's never anyone available. And they keep referring my order to some shady company called "BetterNight" that is extremely obscure about their pricing, timeline, and what model of equipment they'll send me. BetterNight has been especially weird - texting me in the middle of the night, calling me on weekends, pretending to me a doctor that was referred to me but then I pick up the phone and it's just an prerecorded advertisement... It's SO weird. They've got a ton of complaints online, and when I finally got in touch with a person there, it took an hour to get a straight answer from him - only for him to admit they'd be charging me a "special rate" of $800 for a model of machine that retails for $300. It's all EXTREMELY strange. I feel like I've been scammed, and the at-home sleep study they charged me $900 for (the "WatchPAT One") is literally less than $200 online. Look it up. I really wish I'd just done that, honestly. Instead I've spent a week pulling teeth to try and get a simple email with my prescription, and I need to set up a payment plan for the pleasure. Let's be clear, I'm not a "freedom-lovin' do it myself screw the man" kinda person. This isn't something like that - I went to a doctor specifically *because* I wanted help navigating this. But when I've been *significantly* overcharged for poor-quality care and absent physicians that are referring me to shady third-party vendors that robocall me at 11:00 PM on a Sunday? Yeah, that's past even my own limit of patience. I recommend seeking another professional.

Dr. Steven Lommatzsch, Thank you for being my husband's doctor. You are an exceptional pulmonologist. You combine excellent medical knowledge and experience with being a skilled listener, effective communicator. It's worth flying to Denver for a second opinion from you, we benefited greatly from it, and our anxiety lessened as a result. I am grateful to the National Jewish Health System for recruiting and retaining such an excellent pulmonologist in Denver. Happy Thanksgiving!

I recently spent a week at National Jewish Healthcare. The care by physicians, therapists, RNs, technicians, and office staff was excellent. Getting an appointment was the easiest part and then after that, the scheduleers and others take the lead and make everything seamlessly happen. I couldn't be more satisfied. Many thanks to Dr. Mallozzi for his understanding, patience, and skill as my doctor at National Jewish.
