My cardiologist recommended that I have the Watchman device inserted into my heart. I made a virtual appointment with the specialist Dr. Chanin. He explained why the Watchman device would be helpful, as well as any risks. I felt he also listened to me and addressed my concerns with confidence and compassion. I feel we had a great communication, and I had completely trusted his ability. I highly recommend Dr. Chanin. I also want to say thank you to Catherine Rodriguez and Brian Bustos. They were kind and attentive during my pre-op and post-op processes. I realize there were many people involved in my operations and I want to express my sincere thanks to everyone.

My partner and I both saw Dr Chanin in May for cardiac screenings, and we both were very impressed! He is smart, he listened carefully, and he was compassionate and thorough. We really felt he "knew his stuff". Now, his billing department is another story....They billed our insurance incorrectly; and 3 months after our visit, we are still trying to resolve! It is a huge hassle, people in the office never answer the phone, and SCL Health billing has become VERY AGGRESSIVE with us - all for THEIR billing errors! So, Dr Chanin is great. His office's billing practice.....,Not so much!

I been seeing doctor Chanin for about 9 years, be is the best cardiologist I have mer. New location is awesome and all the staff provides superb customer service anytime I'm there. Highly recommend.

Efficient and thorough checkin for CT scan. The procedure was performed by professionals and I felt comfortable and confident.

If you want someone who will argue with you and tell you to exercise and lose weight (30 lbs. from my ideal weight) to solve your health problems, by all means see this guy. Very pretentious ,snotty, rude, combative and lacks empathy.
