The care I received from both the Dr. and staff was excellent! Everyone was very professional and listened to what was happening with me. It made me feel heard and felt good.

I have never had to wait to see the docs. Find the staff and medical staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The doctors are exceptional. I feel like I'm in good hands with this group!

For things as serious as the heart they sure do take a long time for results. The lady who did my echocardiogram was just not happy and didn't even say hi just my name, lay on your side, lay on your back and we're done then walked out... Like she didn't like her job.

Overall my experiences have been good. I have been disappointed with the level of exams and the attention to detail in the notes. The cardiologist has never placed the stethoscope directly onto my skin or listened to more than one or two places for mere seconds. I expect this from primary care physicians but not specialists. I do feel like Dr. Angus has been very receptive to my input and accepted my collaboration when it comes treatment plans. Also, the exam notes have incorrectly noted important findings (major findings noted in every other procedure note). This mistake in particular worries me about how seriously the finding will be taken by insurance carriers and other physicians reading these notes.

After months of testing and doctors visits I was supposed to return a 24 hr urine collection after a specific event in my health. Having done this we called a week later and find that the gentleman at the lab through it out because I didn't have my date of birth on it. Very disappointed. I have always had good care here before.
