Dr. Longwell is the most caring provider I have ever had. She spends a lot of time with me listening to my concerns and getting to know me. I have never felt rushed or unheard. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Longwell is a fantastic provider. I never feel rushed through the appointment. She has excellent bedside manner. I always walk away feeling educated and knowing what the next steps are, if there are any. She is genuinely kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

New physician for me after 33 years with another and I was hesitant in looking for a new one. Dr. Longfellow is wonderful! Listened and heard my expressed issues and sought more information about possible other concerns fron the visit. Very easy to talk to, personable, knowledgeable and provided specific, understandable next steps to address health issues.

I have been going to Dr Longwell for a couple of years. I booked my appointment 2 months ago. Once I got checked in for my appointment, I sat there for 35 minutes before asking the ladies up front what was going on. They checked and found out she was running behind 20 minutes. So I patiently waited. About 12 minutes later I got called up to the desk and was told the doctor wouldn't see me, she didn't have time for an annual appointment. I was asked to reschedule or visit another dr. Along with this, Rhonda at the desk told me I was late checking in, she complained about the "float" that came in to help, and complained about another coworker loudly so everyone in the office could hear. It was very unprofessional!! Needless to say I have changed doctors and would not recommend going here!
