Dr. Setty herself is wonderful, but I cannot recommend this office. Every single month for the past 3 months, they have done something wrong with my prescriptions. They sent to the wrong pharmacy (half an hour away from my actual pharmacy), they change dosages randomly, or they don't send them at all. Thank goodness I don't have a heart condition or something life threatening! Sometimes when I try to call, I get a voice recording asking to leave a message and someone will call me back. No one ever calls me back. I have to pick up my prescription each month and no one ever calls me to say it is ready. I just have to wait 3-4 days and then call them to find out it was ready! I have to see a different person each time I go - I can never see Dr. Setty unless I book out 2 months in advance. Of course, I have to tell my entire history to each new NP or PA I see every time. The nurses are never the same. Do yourself a favor and avoid this office.

It is very difficult to get anything accomplished with this office. They are not actively listening and doing the correct things. My husband's insulin prescription has been wrong for 6 months now and they continue to get it wrong over and over. They do not talk to the pharmacy like they should and they have neglected to call the insurance company like I requested and complete the prior authorization. To continue to get a patient's insulin wrong is neglectful. He is dependent on insulin to keep him alive, this is not a minor problem. It is a huge problem and it is not getting taken care of.

I'm a relatively new patient, but I'm in my early 50s, so I've had some experience with physicians. My ex-wife was Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Oncology, so I have some "backroom" experience with how this nonsense works. I've visited Dr. Setty's office three times in the last four months for routine blood work and annual medical tests. Three of the four visits were to "go over" lab results. Each time, I paid a 40.00 co-pay, to sit down with a Nurse Practitioner, who spent 5 minutes telling me my test results were just fine. I have yet to meet Dr. Setty. I called last week, to get results from another annual test (annual Cancer screening). I was told "one of the NPs will return your call first thing tomorrow"... I wait a few days. No returned call... I call back... This time, after being placed on hold for 10 minutes, hung up on, and calling back again... The rather rude receptionist tells me... "I don't know if your test results are back or not, but if they were, and something were wrong, they'd have called you. If you want the results, you have to make an appointment..." I repeat back... "So you... The receptionist... Are telling me that since I didn't get a call, I'm probably OK, but that if I want to know for sure, I have to come in, pay *another* 40.00 co-pay, so I can get my test results" Her response... "Yes... That's correct..." (1) Why is the receptionist practicing medicine? As far as I'm aware, the receptionist giving me any medical advice is unethical and borderline *illegal*... (2) It's dead obvious that "Internal Medicine of the Rockies" is about one thing... Harvesting money... Someone wants to charge my insurance company 185.00 for 10 minutes of time with a Nurse Practitioner... Unfortunately... You just lost a patient...

I love Dr. Setty! She is absolutely fantastic! She specializes in a number of areas like endocrinology, cartiology, etc., in addition to her internal medicine practice. She is the best doctor I have ever had! It is so sad that there is not more doctors like her. Her compassion and love for her patients are extraordinary and definitely one in a million!

This office prescribed me an inhaler that had lactose in it and I had to wait it out for the symptoms to go away! I don't recommend them one bit! They were no help at all!
