Dr. Olson

Went to Dr olsen in regards to my back pain and sciatica, after the visit hey sends me to a knee specialist and for my initial visit he tells me to take Tylenol. My records show a history of back issues and surgery so you would think a competent Dr would feel the need to investigate further in case there are more serious issues occurring. now I've been suffering for nearly 7 months with severe pain and unable to get an mri.i refuse to use this incompetent man who calls himself a Dr. Three personality of a fence post in the desert.

This office is just terrible. I had an emergency recently, my family doctor Olsen could not get me in for two days. That's not what a family doc does. They get you in ASAP. I went to urgent care. I was told by urgent care (after treating me) that my family doc would call me the next day with follow up. No call ever came. And today my wife was very sick. She called and was told by the receptionist that Dr Olsen was on vacation. Ok, who's covering his patients she asked. No-one she was told. Instead they recommend my wife go to urgent care. Right, pay 3 times for a visit to urgent care versus your family doc getting you in. Far from a family facilty or family doc. Keep looking.

Dr Olson and his team are cheerful, caring, and they take the time to listen to your concerns. They get you in as soon as possible, and the wait time is minimal. I appreciate everything they do. And how much they care. Dr Olson even calls you himself if he needs to ask a question or just check up on you!

First time he walks in he doesn't even introduce himself. I think he said, "ok"...as in, I guess, explain why you are here. I actually asked him to confirm who he was. He showed very little interest in what I had to say. Felt like I was big bother. He also looked like he was about to fall asleep the whole time. The few issues I raised he didn't ask any follow up questions. No digging in, no brain storming. Maybe I caught a bad day. Maybe not. Based on my only visit, I absolutely cannot give this Dr a recommendation.

Horrible horrible doctor!! He can't even answer his pages when he's on call. He messed up my son's circumcision. Dr Olsen needs to be fired and his license taken from him. Very rude guy! If I could give him no stars that's what I would do.
