On a Saturday evening had an emergency and had to visit the ER. They were amazing. Hard to actually discribe with objectiveness because I needed some help. They were on point, quick to respond and process. All very professional. Just a huge thank you for doing what you do and doing it right. Thank you all.

Went into the ER on Thursday after experiencing the worst kind of care at Parkview EM in Pueblo west. Dr Numsen was very attentive as were the amazing nurses who took care of not only me but my husband as well. We felt very comfortable and everyone has sympathy for our situation. After explaining what happened previously at the other ER we were at in the morning. Doc ordered a CT scan and the results came back after we were told that the previous place didn't see anything, it turns out that my fallopian tube had ruptured and there was a lot of blood in my abdomen. After consulting Dr. Wu with the results I was admitted into the hospital for observation and the next morning Dr. Wu came in and explained the situation and it ended up in getting surgery to removed the busted fallopian tube. I have nothing but nice things to say to both doctors, the amazing nurses and the chaplain who came in and check up on us the entire time. Our experience was the best out of the all the places we had been to to try and get answers. I'm grateful from the bottom of my heart to everyone how helped us figure out what was really going on. Thank you all for saving my life.

It started a few months ago, I was throwing up with intense pain I partake so the emts said it was some sort of cannabis related illness. I would go home still suffering for three to four days same thing with the emts knowing what was wrong. It was nurse Danny ( he's a blessing to your staff hands down) who figured out what was going on to at least stop the pain temporarily. It was getting a same diagnosis because they wouldn't look past that I smoke pot. Finally they found out it was an ulcer when I came in with the same symptoms but the doctor found blood clots. Go to urgi care in canon city or if you can go to Pueblo/West they'll listen first to you with no judgement. I never felt so unheard and disregard in my life. Go to Saint Thomas moore if you don't want to be heard

Neglectful once they get you in! Well before too. Don't tell me to be on time if you're going to run late for one. For two, it's a for profit system, stop acting like it's universal healthcare! The appointment went well, but the Dr dropped the ball! I was supposed to have tests, one was dropped. Physical therapy, it's been months, still no referral. They wanted money ahead of time for my blood test just in case, and my insurance covers it 100%. So still waiting, months, for an answer for that. They say on the patient portal give them 48 hours, nah, they will leave you high and dry.

My husband had intense pain and the ER staff helped us thoroughly. Everyone was kind and compassionate- very professional. We are very thankful for Bethany, our nurse.
