Yucaipa Urgent Care

We were at urgent care in yucapia the appointment we made was at 3pm we were there at 2pm and its 4:46 Pm they saw everyone and new people walking in . We asked at the desk and they said it will be awhile. The front desk receptionist was pleasant to everyone and ignored us completely. We walked out and I will never go there again . Medical establishments are professional for the most part but this office we have waited everytime we go there The receptionist answered us if we asked a question but noting more or less. I dont know about everyone else and their wait time but we were there literally almost a hours and they saw everyone plus everyone that walked in after . We had an appointment and checked in. I dont get it. Is it the way we looked or does the receptionist have power to pick and choose who is seen regardless how many providers they had they saw everyone plus all the new walk it's. We left and went to the emergency room . The patient is took to urgent care her tonsils are almost swollen shut. I hope the medical establishment oak Glen road and yucaipa Blvd feel great about their actions treating someone like this. I dont understand why they treated her like she wasn't even waiting . I love in Yucaipa and will make sure I never take anyone there. Maybe the staff can maybe watch if this happens often or what reason they made us wait and had no intentions of seeing us. It says 15 to 20 minutes before they call your name . We'll they never called her name or even looked to aee why she was still sitting there after all the group was gone and new walk ins were being helped and left? I am not one to complain but this is really uncalled for. I will contact t he medical associations that urgent care is associated with as well as better business bureau and ask them what can be done so no one else is ever ignored like we were.

The facility was incredibly clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. The staff was exceptional. The person at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and the medical assistant and physician were both kind, professional, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire visit. The care I received was prompt and thorough. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone needing quick, compassionate, and high-quality medical attention.

Yucaipa Urgent Care is the only place I truly trust with my health and my family's health. Specifically, PA Eric Song is incredible -- he has an amazing bedside manner, a big heart, and always takes the time to listen, explain, and make you feel cared for, not rushed. Every time we have been there (I have two young twins--so unfortunately we have been to the urgent care way too many times) we ask for Eric. Eric is compassionate, thorough, and genuinely concerned about what's best for us. It's rare to find someone in healthcare who combines medical knowledge with this level of kindness and patience. I'm so grateful for Eric and the entire team at Yucaipa Urgent Care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care from people who truly care.

We had a great experience when treated by Eric Song at Yucaipa Urgent Care. He saw my young daughter quickly, was very friendly and helped her feel comfortable even though she was nervous. We really appreciated the kind care and how efficiently we were checked in, treated and back out again. Thank you for making this situation so much easier!

We had an amazing experience at this urgent care! They took such great care of my daughter after she got a fishing hook stuck in her leg. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and comforting throughout the entire visit. The doctor was so patient and gentle, explaining everything clearly and making sure my daughter felt safe and calm.
