I'm 70 years old and have been to many different medical facilities in my lifetime. Dr. Walter Jones and his staff in Yucaipa are the most caring and helpful group of medical professionals I have ever known. He is extremely knowledgeable in every subject that I have presented him with. The man is a genius! His staff are always willing to go the extra mile to help. I am so grateful that I have found such a fantastic group of people to help me through my medical needs. They're AMAZING!!! Thank you guys so much.

Disappointed. His staff have made a mess of referrals back from his referral to them. The records are frequently not exisistant even though I was with the referring party and knew what they were told. Call them and you'll be transfered to a message line. Sometimes you'll get a return call. Don't be surprized if pain medications written by other Dr.'s are cancelled and you not even told. Good luck getting your visit summaries. Staff occassionally seem to view patients as inconvenient.

When I first went to this office the entire staff was professional, friendly and all smiles, and answered questions about coolsculpting, which included that I would see a significant change 12 weeks after the first treatment. They were all very kind. After thinking about it seriously for months, I still feel that I was left without any real follow up or even asked why I didn't come back and this bothered me. That is why I decided to edit my review to be fair to people who might be considering this treatment plan at this office. Just be sure to ask how many treatments or how long it would take. Was told that 1 or 2 visits would show a dramatic change but after one visit I was straining to see any difference in the photos. What I think was more upsetting was the fact that when I told the nurse I was unhappy for the $1000 fee for only ONE treatment, getting nearly no results, the doctor never contacted me to follow up or ask me why I didn't come back or if there was anything they could do to improve my experience. This has been bothering me for some time and why I have edited my review. I have since found another facility who not only gives you 15 treatments for just under $1000 they use three different types of equipment for better results and at a fraction of the cost and was given up front a more realistic answer to how many treatments would give me dramatic changes. Due to my experience, I cannot recommend this facility.

I was a patient for almost 4 years with this doctor and was prescribed the wrong medicine time after time. They do not listen. This doctor denied my medicine refills based on not scheduling enough visits per year, then told me they don't accept my new insurance and won't take private pay. After 30+ years of taking the same meds, they cut me off completely. Talk about violating the Hippocratic Oath of First Do No Harm!

I recently visited California to see family and needed to see a doctor for an ear infection. Dr. Jones was recommended to me by a friend, and I can see why. He was very patient and kind, and so was the office staff. They kept my kids entertained, and gave them suckers while we waited. I would definitely go back to Dr. Jones again if I needed medical care. I highly recommend!
