Dr. Tran is a doctor who really doesn't listen. He would order tests for things I absolutely did not need because he doesn't look into my records. His staff is something else. I had to beg for a referral to get processed. It took them over three weeks to get an authorization (which I know it doesn't take but maybe a week, I used to do them. I had to hound the staff to get it done. The diagnosis was cancer. I was not happy with their delay. He take no interest in actually listening. I would never refer anyone to him.
