So far, my experiences have been positive especially when I compare them to other medical offices. I have only been seen on the cancer side and they have been pretty compassionate toward me, and the wait has never been long. The doctor listens, explains well, and always asks if I have questions. I hope this continues because I feel comfortable the way it has been.
UCI YL in the Blue Agave plaza breast center/radialogy and front desk for specialty: 1) The breast center /radiology front desk people are outstanding and service is great in all areas of the breast center/radialogy. This is the best, smooth service for annual mamogram and annual gyno visit. The service is always A++ and why I will continue to return. 2) The specialty front desk workers/greeters, no matter what day or time have an unwelcoming attitude which appears like they are bothered, if they have to look up and talk with a person that just walked up to the line which has no one else in line. I switched to another local dermatologist because I prefer a more personal experience.
I have an appointment to do the blood work. I went there early and checked in early but it ended up I'm the last one in line. All the walk in went in front of me. When I complained to the front desk, they told me because I checked in early, the system treated me as walk in. What a suck system! Why would I bother to make appointment? So, I ended up waiting for an hour to get my blood work done which took about 5 mins.
Nurse dug around in my arm trying to draw blood - never have had that happen as it's very easy to see my veins. Front desk people were more interested in their office conversation than helping people waiting in line. Incompetent in every possible way.
Entire staff was incredible at this location. From the front office staff to the PA and Doctor, all were amazing.
