Recently changed insurance and was on the search for a new primary care physician. I selected Dr. Therese Santos after some search and reading many positive reviews. My first visit went better than expected. She was thorough, detailed and patient. The location is great since there are many resources available in one spot. Her medical assistant Cindy was very pleasant and helped in making me feel I made the right choice. I definitely recommend.

Since changing doctors and getting good quality physicians at St Jude, after the last two years they have now diagnosed and followed through listening to me and not telling me it was all in my head. I have finally found the solutions I have been looking for over the last 20 years and feel better than I've ever felt! Following their advice I am down 35 lbs and looking forward to being healthy for the rest of my life! I cannot recommend the team at St Jude Heritage enough there are no words I would encourage anyone to work with St Jude Heritage and if the doctors you get aren't helping get a different referral until you find a doctor that actually listens! This is changing my life for the better!
I went to urgent care in Fullerton last week. Not many patients in the lobby but nevertheless I was made to wait. I was told I needed an X-ray of my right hand and waited a long time in the room. I eventually went out to see what was going on and was told the tech had gone out to lunch. No one bothered to come in and tell me that. I was not going to hang around waiting another 20 minutes for her to come back so I left. Very frustrating experience!
The place was accommodating, clean and quiet. Multiple restrooms along the hallway. We met with a truly professional Doctor who listens and treated us nicely and calmly. Dr S Kim properly managed our visit and enhanced our mind for our medical health updates. To me she's an excellent medical provider that every patient need. Then we left Dr S Kim office with 100% satisfaction.
