My time in urgent Care was wonderful. I had a very nice clerk and doctor and all was expedited as soon as possible I did have a UTI and so the quickness and urgency on their part was very helpful.
Can't say enough about the excellent care I received from Dr Alex and staff. Besides giving excellent care they were KIND. However trying to appoint was a nightmare. Spent over an hour. No prompt on the menus for Urgent Care. Was transferred to Sac twice they tried ti route me to Wild bot times disconnected, than on hold for 15 minutes to talk with operator. Please fix this.
Made an appointment and got right in! Doctor was great. He even called me the next morning (Sunday) to see how I was doing. So thoughtful.
The waiting room.chairs were more comfortable than tje exam rooms. If known it was going to take a while would have preferred to wait in the waiting room. Minor gripe. The care was excellent though.
