ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospital - San Fernando Valley truly saved both of our cats. In the last few weeks, they brought a nearly lifeless rescued kitten back from the brink after he almost died from a severe parasite infestation. Thanks to the incredible doctors here, he is now eating, playing, gaining weight, and thriving. Around the same time, our adult cat suffered a severe reaction after accidentally ingesting Bravecto given at another clinic. He became weak, lethargic, and we almost lost him. We rushed him to ACCESS in critical condition, and they treated him with such compassion and professionalism. Within 24 hours he was stabilized, and the next day he came home completely healthy. Every single person -- from reception to the medical team -- was kind, attentive, and highly skilled. They are available 24/7, always responsive, and truly do miracles. I cannot express how grateful we are. ACCESS saved not only our pets' lives, but our hearts as well. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

I had an amazing experience at ACCESS. I never thought Id need to take my 5 yr old dog here but when she eat an entire bottle of vitamin D I rushed her here and everyone was so kind and attentive to her care. They took her right in! Induced vomiting and kept her for 5 hours. They gave me a discount since I work in the vet field. I am so grateful to Dr. Gilbert! She called and gave updates and spoke to me over the phone. Front staff is very nice as well. So happy my baby is going to be okay.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. Our dog was transferred here from another emergency room because of a rattlesnake bite. The staff is super friendly, attentive and the facility is super clean. We felt really comfortable leaving her behind knowing she was in good hands and that she would be taken care of. The doctors are very nice and keep you updated with your pets health and progress throughout the day, and even after she was home they do follow up calls to make sure they are doing well. Great customer. We would like to thank the entire staff for a great job. Thanks to all of you, our girl Nala is finally home and doing well. You guys are a awesome.

The team at ACCESS Specialty was wonderful. I arrived with a dog vs. chocolate situation. They walked me through everything they would do for her. Everyone in the front was nothing but warm and kind to me and everyone else that walked in. Our vet was so sweet - obvious she loves the animals. I don't want to need emergency vet care again, but this is where I would go!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. This is the second time I've been here when my primary vet is either busy or closed and it makes me feel very comfortable and happy knowing that there's an emergency place nearby that takes care of pets like their own. Every member of the team is extremely nice and you can tell they care about the animals. Every single one that comes in was being shown love uniquely and it wasn't fixed. You can tell these people love animals. Paris Gilbert is the sweetest and most patient Vet I have nothing but thank you for you as we came back back-and-forth and you took your time to really diagnose what was wrong with Nala and prescribe her what she needs! 10/10 experience both times Nothing but love and gratitude for you guys. Thank you for being an amazing backup for emergency purposes. You guys are a lifesaver! literally!
