Heart To Heart Pediatrics

Love this place. Dr. Wells is simply a great doctor. She is awesome, calm and compassionate with my children. I trust her opinion. The practice also has an efficient and organized front office, which is a must. Both front office and back office nurses are helpful, friendly and supportive. Highly recommend this practice.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Heart To Heart Pediatrics. Despite their initial assurance that " We accept most HMOs and PPO Health Plans, Please call or Email us for information specific to your insurance company and plan". I was shocked to receive a statement for each of my children five months after our visit. Upon further investigation, I discovered that my insurance did not cover the services as they were out of network. What's even more disturbing is that the staff personnel were unprofessional and unhelpful during our visit. Despite my repeated inquiries about my insurance coverage, they consistently assured me that my insurance was on network. It appears that their priority was to secure our appointments rather than provide transparent and accurate information about our insurance coverage. I am extremely disappointed in the dishonesty and lack of professionalism displayed by Heart To Heart Pediatrics. I hope that in the future, they will take steps to improve their communication and ensure that patients are fully informed about their insurance coverage to avoid similar situations.

Both providers are phenomenal. They both practice active listening and show concern and don't hesitate to engage in investigating my concerns over my child's health. They always educate me, answer my questions, and provide me with useful information.

Dr. Wells is very caring, she explains and answers any questions regarding you child.

Dr. Wells is fantastic and so is the team. They provide excellent service.
