The employees there are really nice. The doctor I had also speaks Mandarin so I didn't even need to worry about translating for my dad. Many of the staff there also speaks Spanish, so there shouldn't be a trouble with communication. Went there to check up after having an irregular EKG. The doctor explained everything really well and was really casual so I didn't feel nervous at all. I also really liked the environment. It's very clean. The wait was kind of long though. There were about four pages of forms to check and fill. Kind of a bother but you don't need to fill a lot of it besides the medical history where they ask you about allergies and family health history. In one of the rooms(I believe it's for the x-ray?), they offered to put on a movie from Netflix during the activity. The pillows on that bed are really soft.. there was also a really cool nigh light they had in that room. Reminds me of a disco lolol
