I never write reviews but this facility really DOES NOT care for their patients. The staff is so rude and lazy. I can never get help or a straight answer. They give you a run around and blame everyone else for not getting their job done. I been in the medical field for 10 years so I KNOW when someone in my field is to lazy to help patients. I have 2 kids and have a heart disease that needs be monitored and need reconstructive surgery to stay ALIVE! I want to stay alive for my kids and they don't have any empthay or compassion. I will make sure Altamed does not refer anymore patients here. I have a lot of patience and after a year of dealing with them I will never come back.

Dr Tye did a surgical device implant last month on November 22nd on me. I had a pacemaker implanted. He is very good at what he does. I try to let other patients know that when it comes to a specialists that Dr Tye is the man for the job. Thank You Dr Tye for your concerns and kindness. I was shocked to learn today 03/07/17, after making an appointment to see Dr. Tye that he is not contracted with Health Care Partners. If I had not called no one from his office would have notified me. Dr. Tye performed an emergency procedure on me and I was trying to get my follow up appointment and release to go back to work. I had authorization from my primary care physician and insurance, but they flat turned me down. I'm telling you this is crazy. Here I want to go back to work, but can't see the doctor to get a release. Talked about screwed up sucks. Dr. Tye did a fine job on me but it's next to impossible to maneuver around all the red tap.

I saw 5 cardiologists (they only wanted to medicate me, not fix me) before I found doctor Tye. Dr. Tye said I didnt need meds. Just a little shock. I had A-fib..which is not a problem now. Dr. Tye cares about and works hard for his patients. I am so grateful for Dr. TYE! Thank you Dr. Tye for being a man of God! May God continue to use your hands to heal!!

A year ago i had a heart attack. Dr.Tye placed a stent into my heart artery that was clogged. He did a great job.
