Really bad service. Not recommended at all. Dr. didn't even offer different options. Didn't even offer a vaccine. That's available. I had to request. It didn't even explain. The results of my biopsy properly. Didn't even give me options that are offered. I had to request those horrible horrible horrible.
Dr. Hernandez is a caring doctor. He actually listens to your needs, and actually reads your results from your tests and explains it to where you can understand what's going on. He also talks with you to and doesn't rush you out the door. I feel like I have a say in my health care needs. If you don't like his first suggestion he will talk with you and come up with another solution to meet your needs. I'm forty eight years old so I have been through quite a few doctors. Dr. Hernandez is by far the best Doctor I have ever had. Thank you for being such an Awesome, Caring Doctor.
From the front door to the back office we had efficiency and upon my appointment with Dr. Hoffman I realized just how helpful he could be in his practice and offered me so many health tips revitalizing my renewed confidence in Healthcare
If I could leave 0 stars I would. So unprofessional. They cancelled my daughter's 4 month shots the day of her appointment due to doctor not being in ( mind you I asked for that day off from work because of her appointment). Called to reschedule and said they had an appointment until July by then she'll be 6 months. If THEY cancel an appointment they should be able to get you an appointment sooner rather than later. Ridiculous! Save your time and energy and go somewhere else!
The pharmacist was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with me medications, and she is very knowledgeable about the medication and insurance.
