My husband was in ER last Wednesday. ER Dr. sent message to Dr. Elkin to call us for follow-up. Waited all on Thursday, no call. His heart failure nurse called and once again she messaged Dr Elkin, no response. Thursday evening I called Kaiser Member services for a complain. Today is Wednesday a week later, we still haven't received any calls from his Dr. or Member services. So frustrating, Kaiser doesn't care. Worst Cardiologist ever, always point finger at the retired one.
Excellent Cardiologist! Listened to my concerns, did the correct testing to get to the diagnosis and got me treated. I've seen other Cardiologists outside and within Kaiser and he is by far the best one I've seen.
