Unprofessional staff. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, meanwhile I could hear the assistants/front desk laughing about the contents of a patient's chart. This was very rude and violation of HIPPA. I asked if they would be able to just tell me my results over the phone because I didn't have the time or $40 to pay for the visit. They told me the best they could do was bill me. I feel like my time and money was wasted just for the doctor to tell me that I needed compression socks. The doctor stated that the other option for treatment was not ideal for younger patients because there was not enough evidence to support it being safe or effective. If you're an older patient seeking treatment here, please do your research before accepting any treatment.The staff need training on professional etiquette, professional appearance, and efficiency.
