You cannot get ahold of anybody on the phone they route you to leave a message on every option they give you horrible service. Takes forever for someone to call you back and they don't leave messages on your voicemail when they do call back if you don't answer they just hang up. Finally somebody did call me back I was in the middle of a conversation, my phone hit the off button and of course you can't get ahold of them again so you have to wait for them to call you back which they didn't. This place is very frustrating. The person on the phone was not very friendly. And it doesn't matter what button you push you're not going to get a person you're going to get a voicemail. So good luck reaching a person. I first called at 11:00 a.m. it is 4:00 in the afternoon and I'm still not completed my phone call today very disappointing! They need better customer service to take calls answer calls and not be routed to voicemail. This has been the worst medical facility I've ever had any contact with. It's even worse when the person that gets on the line is very short with you. They just don't seem to have time to answer your question they just want to hurry up and get you finished. They cut you off when you're speaking. Very rude.
