Dr Bui with Blue Coast Cardiology has been my cardiologist for a number of years. Her kind demeanor always makes me feel welcomed. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains things to me in terms I can understand. Her staff is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Blue Coast Cardiology.
Unfortunately our recent experience did not go well. The necessary tests that needed to be done were dismissed, even with prior medical history knowledge and urgent, critical symptoms. We are extremely fortunate that this negligence did not cause another heart attack as the patients cardiologist took immediate action to run the necessary tests and fulfill urgent treatment outside of the hospital which ultimately saved his life. We strongly urge the staff and doctors to please be more diligent as it could mean someone's life.
July 2023. I have been a patient with this office since 2013. At one time, it was a different practice - but BCC has been very good to work with. I feel well taken care of and they are always on top of things and proactive in their practice. Rx services are A+.
My experience started last year with Dr.Bui and she is the best cardiologist in San Diego. I've have dealt with many doctors due to my family history and my own medical history. My previous cardiologist would see me for a couple of minutes during each appointment and barely tried to get me to feel better. Since becoming Dr. Bui's patient, I have been feeling a lot better and she really takes her time with you to address every problem and how to tackle it.She is an amazing doctor to deal with and truly gives you the impression that she is a part of your family. From what I have experienced, she really cares about her patients health and always wants the best for them.
I started seeing Dr. Bui in early 2014. She immediately changed my drugs and my echo showed my ejection fraction to be in the normal range which it was not previously. I highly recommend Dr. Bui because she takes her time and listens to you. I feel so cared for and I know she has my best interests in her treatment of me. I have told my friends about how wonderful she is and they have had the same experience. I wouldn't want to see any other cardiologist. The office is exceptional. Calls have been returned almost immediately and any time I call with a question, they are quick to let me know the answer. I wish all doctor offices were as good and efficient as Blue Coast is.
