I've been to this office two times. I was needing to see a doctor that was a vascular specialists. On the first visit I saw a nurse practitioner. After the first visit I asked to be seen by the doctor for my second visit and was told I would. Well guess what I saw another nurse practitioner for my second appointment. So since I can't see the doctor, I see no reason go come back. This has been a total waste of time.

Last week I was struggling to use my crutches to get to physical therapy. This is my first injury that requires PT and I was feeling so discouraged & broken. 3 women or should I say angels came out of the South Valley Vascular office and asked if I needed assistance. They were literally a breathe of fresh air; nothing but smiles and concern on their faces. They offered to assist me with a wheelchair. I wish I would have gotten their names but I was so grateful that someone saw me struggling and offered assistance; I wasn't even going to their office. God bless you ladies!

I strongly advise against this location for military veterans. The staff, particularly the office manager Destiny, are incredibly unprofessional and seem to lack basic knowledge about their own processes and insurance procedures. Instead of providing the treatments I requested and had approved by my insurance, they insisted on offering only the treatments they preferred. This kind of disregard for patient needs and insurance guidelines is unacceptable. If you're a veteran looking for a healthcare provider, I recommend exploring other options.

Went in for my procedure and very impressed with how caring the office staff was. I was afraid since I had never had this procedure done before. There was a nurse by my side and explained everything along the way. Everything went great, Dr Araim came and let me know everything he did. This is very caring office, see you in 2 weeks for my second procedure. Thank you for making me feel well cared for.

My husband was treated very well here they were very clean very helpful they were commited to the social distancing and masks and we were treated with respect. My husband trusts his doctor and the nurses are great and very thorough he gets taken care of very well.Doctor takes time with us to explain anything we have a question about.
