I loved going to the old place and was disappointed when I heard they were moving. Now that I've been going to the new place I am so grateful. With the pandemic terrorizing Tulare Co. I appreciate all the preventive measures that's been added. Office staff are always professional. Now, Dr. Lively! I love my dr!! He has taken such good care of my well being. It's nice not to hear him telling me not to smoke !! Now that I do NOT smoke I know he's glad I quit so he won't give me scripts to quit that I didn't use! Big thank you Doc

Really not impressed with the front office. Everytime you go in it is like starting over. As far as Dr. Lively mediocre. He did a questionnaire for sleep apnea and said it was highly unlikely. I wore a heart monitor for 30 days went in to get results and results of echocardiogram he seemed irrelevant of results. We can see your heart is skipping beats but yeah whatever. Then he went back to the sleep apnea that he originally said was unlikely. I informed him that my regular dr. prescribed me blood pressure medication which has helped immensely. Funny how he was never concerned about my sudden high blood pressure in the last year or so. Save yourself some time go somewhere else.

Dr. Lively is absolutely amazing, he's caring he listens to you in detail and he helped save my life. I'm truly grateful and if you need a cardiologist he is the one!!

Dr Harry Lively is the Best cardiologist he was my late Husband's cardiologist he took very good care of my husband was always there for his heart needs and more Dr Lively is a very caring Dr Lively is an angel from God
