Sitting here in this hospital as I'm writing this. Everyone save yourself. Do not come to this facility for anything. I've been admitted since Wednesday. Still have any plans of action of getting me to where I can be released. Haven't seen any results just told what I was going to do if and when I'm released. The cardiovascular surgeon is on vacation. Gotta wait for him. He's aslo a unprofessional individual. Been seeing for the past year. He goes on vacation more then he's in his office. This hospital is a nightmare. My story is so
Much more to this horrible situation. This hospital needs to be shut down really. Understaffed, Staff will retaliate against you if they feel you ask to many questions. Especially the 2nd floor phone attendant. If you call to much. She won't even tell your nurse you needed assistance. This hospital neglects you all the way around. Sick people are treating poorly here.

I want to start by being honest: the ER at Victor Valley Global Medical Center is not where I would recommend going in an emergency. If you're dealing with an urgent medical situation going down the hill may be the better option. That being said do not let that discourage you from delivering a baby at this facility. Labor and delivery is a completely different experience, and my birth team made all the difference.
This was my first baby, and I was nervous, overwhelmed, and walking into a completely unknown experience. What made this journey unforgettable were my nurses and anesthesiologist Anastasia, Jenine, and Jon (Jonathan).
Anastasia, my daytime nurse, was truly an angel. From the moment she walked in, she made me feel safe, heard, and supported. She never once made me feel like I was asking for too much never made me feel guilty for my concerns, and was always attentive without making me feel overwhelmed. Her presence alone brought me comfort, and she is someone I will forever associate with the birth of my son. I had met her prior to my induction and hoped with my whole heart that she would be my nurse and I was so incredibly grateful when she was. She deserves all the flowers and recognition. Nurses like her are rare.
Jenine, my night nurse (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly), was just as kind and comforting. She made me feel at ease during the night and I felt an instant connection with her. The day after my C-section, she came to visit and meet my baby, and that moment meant more to me than I can explain. It felt like a continuation of a bond we had already built. I know she's fairly new at this hospital, but she is already a fantastic nurse. I hope she knows the impact she leaves on her patients because she absolutely left one on me.
And lastly, a huge shoutout to Jon, my anesthesiologist. I genuinely don't think I could have done this experience without him. He listened to me, talked me through every step, and never once made me feel rushed, dismissed, or silly for having questions or concerns. When it came time for my C-section, knowing Jon would be there gave me so much peace. He was one of the only familiar faces in the operating room aside from my OB, and that alone helped calm my nerves. Jon, if you ever read this please know you are someone I will never forget. Thank you for your patience, reassurance, and kindness during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life.
These three individuals made an impact that will stay with me for years and years to come. When I think back on the birth of my son, they are a huge part of that memory. I'm beyond thankful for them and for the care they gave me when it mattered most.

It's important that people who are going to get a procedure know that they will be well taken care of. The pre-op nurses and the post-op nurses in the outpatient surgery calmed my nerves, give me information, and cared for me in every way possible including making sure that I got home safely. I received the best care that I have ever had in my life. Thank you to Victor Valley Global and the nurses in the outpatient surgery department!!!

I'm so grateful with all the nurses that attended me. I got pararoscopy on my ovaries with Dr. Vijay and other procedures.
I can't thank enough all the staff.
The front desk lady wasn't rude but she's so serious OMG. Everyone else made me feel welcome with a smile on their faces and always making sure I was comfortable. I wish I remember all their names. They managed my pain so well.
Thank you all the nurses and medical staff. I imagine how hard is your job and you still do it with love

I've been waiting for few hours here after a doctor checked for the 1st time, to get exams and xray for my chest pain, my doctor came out and asked nurse&desk she's still here? and he asked me if I finished. I said still waiting, and the desk lady said "we've called you multiple times."
I said no, somebody called my ONLY last name for ONLY 1time, then closed the door in 2seconds without even looking around, while I tried to rush to a door, the door has passcord so of course I can't go in and ask. so I asked a different nurse who passed by, could you check if somebody called me? and she said yeah I'll go check, never come back. so I was just waiting for long time and then luckily the doctor noticed me. as soon as he asked them, this desk lady blamed on me that they called me few times,,,
wait a minute,,, other guy from the desk gave me urine test 30mins ago (confirm my name) where I was sitting...and this desk lady even checked an hour ago with the list of waiting people and faces (since the nightshift change), then she and other person know where I was and who I am for 100% (there was only 4people here in waiting room.)
so what's the excuse for not finding me when they didn't call me or didn't try to check my exam status. probably nightshift workers aren't nice at all.
the workers from earlier shifts are all nice and did the jobs. it was busy but noticed where I was few times very quickly.
I know the doctor was very nice and notice me that it'll take a while to finish exam and I understand but the lady who blame on me for not answering while they didn't even try is horrible thing to do to a patient.
AVOID going here at night if possible.
