I had a horrible experience with this place. The staff clearly doesn't know what they're doing. They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, and when I called to follow up on my medication refill, they acted offended for me just asking about it. I spent days trying to get my refill renewed, but nothing has been done. It's been frustrating and time-wasting. The positive reviews here must be fake because my experience has been nothing short of awful. Would not recommend!
Just went in for a well woman's exam from Denise Walker, since my regular PA who I go to is on a leave. She was very stand offish and rude. Didn't even do a complete well woman's exam. I am leaving feeling like my exam was wasted and she would have missed anything under the sun that is wrong. She also wouldn't renew my iron prescription because my labs that she didn't even look at were from 5 months back. Very useless waste of my time seeing her. She is exactly why healthcare is where it is, in the dump. Taking my insurance money while just being subpar. Won't be back ever. Would never recommend or feel confident with my family or friends seeing her either.
Dr Abraham is a wonderful Dr. He's listens and gets done what is needed. He takes time to listen to you. One thing I've said in the past having other Drs they don't take time to get to know the patient. To know how to better there treatment. Wil not change my Dr. As ll the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Dr Abrahams office.
Dr. Abraham has always, since I came to him back in 2013 or 14, has had my back and taken very good care of me. I always have a great experience visiting him, good when he explains things and helps me understand my situation and bad if I have slacked off so I keep my numbers in good standings. I recommend Dr. Abraham to anyone who needs a caring and knowledgeable physician.
