HERITAGE VICTOR VALLEY MEDICAL GROUP - Urgent Care

I had a great experience with Jesus Ayala from Heritage. He was incredibly thorough and genuinely caring throughout my visit. He took the time to run all the necessary tests, clearly explained everything, and made sure I received what I needed to relieve my symptoms. What really stood out was that he even called me later to check in and update me on my results - that level of care is rare these days. I felt respected, listened to, and truly cared for. I can't thank him and the nurses enough for helping me feel better so quickly!

This urgent care is not only clean and competent, they're empathetic and accepting. The urgent care is apparently well staffed, because doctor and staff don't rush you out, yet still see a lot of patients. They made sure they figured out what was going on. They have labs, ultrasound, and X-ray on site if needed.

It was so nice to have someone actually try to get to the bottom of the issue instead of just looking at the surface and getting you out as quick as possible. I am so grateful. Everyone was nice and courteous and we were seen fairly quickly. My little is finally feeling better after having already going to a different urgent care and getting worse.

This urgent care has been the best urgent we have ever visited. Tim the doctor was very helpful, accommodating & genuinely cared to help our child, we arrived just as they were going to close & yet he helped us out & also pushed the pharmacy to get us medication sooner rather than later. He called us after the visit once we got the medication for my daughter & then called us again the next morning to check up on her & understand how she's healing. Very genie & good medical institution & very awesome, Tim was for us.

Great experience today! Let's talk about the nurse with the lightest hand ever. Never felt my blood draw or my shot today. Prayers we get answers for my future tests.
