I was asked to call around and pharmacy shop and see which pharmacy would be able to fill narcotic prescriptions. This made me really uncomfortable. I identified myself as Autistic and said I was not ok with doing that, that just regular phone calls are difficult. Was given a post it note with the number of a 24 hour pharmacy to call. I got overwhelmed and was upset and told the receptionist I would have to come back and I would call to make an appointment. I then got this voicemail in the pic which to me sounded like how you would talk to an addict. I had myself been decreasing the amount of medication on my own. Went from 4 pills a day to 2. I am not going back there. I'd rather be in pain than be told to pharmacy shop for narcotics.

I have a client that went to Dr. Lumba for a pump. Refill and Dr. Lumba used profanity. He was cussing at him. He pulled my phone out of my hand thinking I was recording him. And I was talking to my daughter that lives in Oklahoma, he is very unprofessional. Stay away from this doctor. And his new staff that works there is very unprofessional and rude.

Worst health care provider in the high desert. I had to switch pain management because My doctor changed providers so after 5 years with Universal pain management I was forced to switch. When I first walked in the office I saw him standing in the back looking at me through the glass but I didn't think anything about it. I got there at 1:00 and there was 4 people in front of me and all went in the back then left. Then they called 6 more people that came in after me so I went and asked what's up very nicely and they said it wouldn't be much longer. I was a new patient so I just waited but then 2 others came in that were new patients and they took both of them in the back. After exactly 2 hours I went and asked again and the girl said I'll get the doctor. When he came up it was the same guy looking at me earlier and I asked him what's the problem he immediately got an attitude and gave me a bunch of excuses all of which I corrected him on he then got mad and told me to find another doctor. It obvious he had no intention of helping me only hoping I would get mad and leave. Another patient that heard me arguing waited outside and when I left he said it was probably your shirt which had a American flag on it. There is no other excuse I sat there quietly for two full hours before getting upset while they cleaned out 14 people from the waiting room I counted everyone they took before me.

I've been coming here for 6 or more years. People say he gives pain meds to addicts that can't be true he's kicked out a patient in front of me that failed her drug test and was abusing the meds. He was one of the doctors plus my psychiatrist who encouraged me to stop drinking! He tests for everything. I have RA and EDS and have a million MRIs and he's ordered some. When I injure myself or more issues are acting up he'll increase the dosage slowly. I think he's very responsible and trustworthy and cares about his patients. And yes it is hard to get ahold of them but you have to like call over and over and not on Fridays cuz that's when they do procedures. Thank you Global Pain Care!
