If I could give a negative I would. It's honestly the front desk ladies they hate their job or the people idk but they need to find something where they do not deal with customer service because it doesn't even register in their brains. I know it can't be that hard to take down information and schedule appointments with a nice attitude.

Terrible place, let's start with the girl at the front desk; bad attitude and Unprofessional, seem she was having a bad day and gave me attitude when i said my kid had an appointment. Next, made an appointment for my kid way ahead of time and when I made it to the office after a long day of work they told me that there was no doctor in the office and that they have to reschedule but only had appointments until August the 30th!!! Really??? No just wait for this appointment but also need to reschedule for one that is far from the other one??? Totally unprofessional

Please train or higher new Staff. Customer service is so important. I want to cry every time I'm on the phone and I'm being cut off. Rushed off the phone and not even asking if I was calling for anything else. It's hard enough to schedule and be seen. I would switch Drs just to have better reception services. I have right now have no choice unfortunately.

If there is an office that could get an award for unprofessionalism and not caring for their patients well being, this office would win every year! The front desk staff do not care about anything and will not move a finger to get anything done. Their patients could be dying in front of them and they will be unfazed. Currently, I'm looking for a new provider for my elderly father.

I don't have an issue with the doctor, she's awesome! The front desk staff are the most rudest people to deal with. They ask why are you calling? and then cuts you off in the middle of your conversation. They placed your call on hold for hours, and once on the phone they rush you off. They're so unprofessional and rude.
