The best Dr. I have ever had!!! She is very thorough when you visit her. She keeps track of every visit even with my specialists visits. She is quick to recap everything with me when I have to see her. She is even on top of my specialists visits making sure she always follows up. I love the straight forward attitude she has!!! No messing around!! That's what you want in a Dr. Amazing experience!!!!

This doctor doesn't listen, and her staff is incompetent and inappropriate.
Started seeing her back in January for severe stomach issues, which was causing unintentional weight loss, fatigue, loss of appetite, and progressive mood swings. She proceeded to ask for blood work to be done. In the mean time, she prescribed allergy medicine (because she needed to find something to prescribe for me even if it wasn't related to the issue I came to see her about) that I told her doesn't work for me because I've used it before. Got the damn prescription, tried it, and wow, what a surprise. It doesn't work. After visiting her two more times over two months and getting two separate labs completed, my final visit consisted of her informing me that I needed to get another lab done because the lab that handled my second blood draw lost my blood (literally had no record of it ever being drawn). After asking her if this lab was necessary to find out what's causing my--by then--severe stomach problems and increasingly dangerous depression and rage mood swings, her response was "No" with a look of confusion. She literally forgot what the hell she was supposed to be helping me with.
Other than the doctor, her staff was a whole other issue. The front desk receptionist consistently reads confidential patient material (phone numbers, social security numbers, etc.) loud enough for the entire waiting room to hear and seems to have difficulties figuring out how to check insurance qualifications. The back staff is also inappropriate in dealing with patients and their confidential information. During my first two visits, the nurse(?) who takes weight and temperature, etc., not only wrote down my numbers incorrectly, but asked me if I was on blood pressure medicine; when I answered with "no," her response was "Really?!" And after, proceeded to not mention or discuss whether or not my blood pressure was an issue after she took it. So do I have high blood pressure, or is she just unable to mask her shock when looking at how large of a person I am? Thanks for the judgment and lack of information. Finally, on my last visit--the last time I will ever visit that office--one of the M.A.s who was scheduling me for another appointment asked if the doctor had discussed bariatric surgery with me. I was a bit shocked that this doctor would be discussing me with her staff. When I said, "yes, she did" in a disbelieving voice, this assistant asks me, "Are you going to do it?" Excuse me, this is not a chatting session between girlfriends.
And to make things even worse for themselves, after canceling my most recent appointment and informing the receptionist that I would not be returning to that doctor, I received a bill claiming that my last three visits (over the course of the past 4 months) were out-of-network and I was expected to pay the remainder for each visit minus the $75 copay I already gave each visit. I had to call my insurance, who had to call this incompetent billing manager and explain that they could not charge me for out-of-network because I was within network.
Inappropriate, invasive of private information, downright unprofessional, and simply out to make a buck is how I'd sum-up this entire medical office.

I have been seeing Dr. Archna Sood for a couple years now. She has always taken time to listen to whatever I have to say. She is very thorough with her exams and explains test results fully. She is always friendly and personable. I always make my appointment first thing in the morning or right after their lunch hour to prevent long wait times. I am generally called back within 15 minutes of getting there.

Nobody in this establishment has an ounce of compassion or patience. Expect to wait 1-2 hours to see the doctor; that's after they send you back to a room.
My last visit here was to see the results for blood work. I merely asked the doctor about getting a sleep study, she told me they are unable to do this, then they charged me for a Psychological Treatment even though it isn't covered by my insurance.
For one, I wasn't treated for anything. Two, they know who my insurance carrier is, so why would they charge me for something they know isn't covered?
Stay away from this establishment. They don't care about you or what your financial boundaries are. They will tack on hidden charges for things they aren't even helping you with. I wish I could rate 0 stars.
