Good Dr. Very attentive, Jacki at front desk very nice and very patient and very help in setting up appointments and referrals. The young lady that does triage is very cool. I recommend Dr Hernandez clinic

Dr Hernandez is a very amazing doctor he talks to you in words you can understand and actually cares for his patients. He makes you feel comfortable and listens to what you have to say.his staff is very nice and respectful aswell

My 78 year old father-in-law was extremely sick with Covid-19. He was to weak to stand and his blood oxygen levels were very, very low. We took him to Saint Mary's where they told us they had no beds and we would be better off caring for him at home and to contact his primary doctor right away and maybe he could find a bed for him somewhere else instead of him sitting in the hallway getting sicker. We called Dr. David Hernandez's office in Victorville and was told by the receptionist, "Sol" that she has no way to contact his doctor to notify him of this, neither by text or email. She told us to get our father-in-law's chart from Saint Mary's showing he has Covid-19 and bring it to them. We explained to Sol we are all quarantined now and could not do so. We asked her if she could please let the doctor in charge know what is happening and maybe they could contact his doctor. She said she could not. This lady was so rude, cold and heartless it was unbelievable. If this is truly Dr. David Hernandez's policy to not allow his staff to contact him in case of an emergency than this is not a doctor you want, period. Thankfully my father-in-law made it thru this but its been four weeks and we still have not heard from Dr. David Hernandez of Victorville. P.S. Sol, you need to find another job, one that don't require compassion and heart.

Not a doctor that really helps you. I was sent to a Specialist that was not in his not network and I was waiting for this appointment for 3 months to see this specialist after this change to a different doctor. Also has lied about calling me for a phone call appointments.
