I showed up to an empty office with no patients. The doctor was coming back from the hospital. When he got here, he chose to see a patient who got here well after I did. I ended up waiting after being called into an office for over an hour. I feel bad because the receptionist here is amazing and works for a man who I can hear from my open door berating her. I was also able to hear the whole visit between this doctor and another patient. Unprofessional. I paid $35 and a card fee to miss 2 hours off work just to leave and not be seen.

I have known Dr. Bhutwala and been his patient for 15 years. He is a professional that truly cares for his patients. I have seen many other High-Desert doctors treat their patients like commodities. His office manager, Sandra, provides top-notch customer service and I always feel Dr. Bhutwala does a through and excellent job. I will stay with him for may years to come!

I would never send someone here! He pretends to look at paper work for example a major surgery but then fails at little question let alone answer the phone. Never sticks to hours that are posted. Doesn't send over what is needed persay what is needed like I don't know the pain medication that is needed before he closes! Like he got his medical degree in a cracker jack box. All you wanna say to him is gfy!

On my list of 5 most horrible doctors. This doctor does not listen to you. He makes up his own assumptions and calls it facts If you have a choice run away.

Really bad Dr. I wouldn't recommend him to no one he only cares about money not the pt health I've token my husband my dad and my mom and he doesn't do anything for them. My dad has not been feeling good so I asked Dr. Bhutwala for doctor note for work until he gets seen by the cardio and his response was sorry there's nothing I could do.
