I had to call to schedule and appointment for one of our patients that was discharged from the Hospital and Normally it is not easy to deal with a office representative to get the soonest appointment possible... HOWEVER..... Angie the staff who answered my call was AMAZING.... she was not only able to give me the soonest available she was so flexible with all my questions and with all the changes to times, dates and locations.... Her voice was genuine and polite... Not once did she grunt on was rude when I asked to change the dates and time.... Cardiology Associates did a great job with her hiring. DONT EVER LET ANGIE GO.... Raise or promotion needed for GREAT CUSTOMER SKILLS. THANK YOU ANGIE!

Dr. Fatemi is the most amazing Cardiologist! His bedside manner is amazing! He was able to look @ my EKG and pretty much diagnose me right there. I was confident his diagnosis was correct because a previous Cardiologist diagnosed me years ago after many agonizing tests. His office staff are nice for the most part, but a few have major attitudes. Also, they require a pre auth. for certain tests even if your insurance is contracted and requires no pre auth.
