My hubbie had a heart attack & went to CMH ER, He was immediately tested & rushed into the OR for surgery. His surgeon was Dr Omid Fatemi, MD, FACC, and is also affiliated with Cardiology Associates Medical Group. He is an interventional cardiologist who specializes in areas like coronary heart disease, aortic valve stenosis, and heart failure. He is highly rated for his expertise in treating conditions such as chest pain and heart palpitations. His credentials, such as his FACC (Fellow, American College of Cardiology) designation, indicate he is among the elite in the field of cardiovascular care. We were so thankful he was there & to perform his surgery. Follow-up at the offices of Cardiology Assoc Med Grp was also great! His PAc Brian Martinez, whom we also did follow up appts with, they both are very caring, friendly, compassionate, and with professional excellence. #FYI: They also perform "in-house diagnostic tests" like electrocardiograms (ECG/EKG), echocardiograms, and stress tests to assess cardiovascular health without requiring separate appointments at other labs. All the tests, lab follow ups he's had were taken care of immediately & turn around times were as expected. His blood tests were available within a couple of business days (1-2), while his ECGs which a physician reviews & reports are within approx. 3-5 business days. They were available #This Med Grp (Cardiology Assoc Med Grp) is professional, efficient & exceptional, with excellent Drs, PAc's & Staff. #All I can say is this: If you ever experience heart issues, just be thankful if you are fortunate enough to have this Dr & F/up with this group. We both definitely are!

I would have given this office a 5 star rating based on my interaction with Dr Brackett and his assistant (Talia I think it's her name). However today one of the front desk ladies totally lacked professionalism- when I told her I was there to drop off a heart monitor she said quite curtly that such returns are handled by mail. When I said "but I am here with the monitor" she eventually said ok and accepted the return with a shrug of annoyance. In the end this was not a big deal, I was actually laughing driving home; but still, management should be aware of such poor customer service.

I was feeling fairly positive about my experience Being treated for Takotsubo. I had two episodes in the week of suddenly very high BP (184) and palpitations radiating To my throat and neck. I was 4 (FOUR) minutes late to my appointment and was told the PA had "scedadled " and I would have to reschedule. . They were rude and dismissive when I protested. Very concerning and disappointing management of the office.

Cardiology associates, give me a PFO closure that I was allergic to because they cut corners and didn't do an allergy test on me. It's so rare and such a fumble that it's only ever happened 2 or 3 other people in the whole world. they still think that I owe them money I have blocked them and they have found a way to leave voicemails For me. I lost my ability to walk, I couldn't even open a jar.I was dizzy over a year advertigo and they want me to pay for it! Not a good operation at all not to be trusted at all. Do not risk your life or a family. Member's life with people that do not care about the job that they're doing.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible care, horrible office staff, horrible billing practices. Complete waste of time trying to get my husband the proper care. Sent from Dr to Dr and kept getting charged as a new patient. After every visit they said they would get back to us with next steps, they never did. We would have to call multiple times to try to find out what was happening. At one point they lost his test results and couldn't find them for a couple of months. We had to call over and over to remind them about the results because no one would call back. It was an absolute mess throughout the whole process. No wonder their drs keep leaving this practice.
