I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible support provided by an intern/student, Danielle P. during my mother's surgery preparation on October 6, 2025, at Valley Presbyterian Hospital. Danielle's extensive knowledge and genuine willingness to assist made an extremely challenging situation much more manageable for our family. Danielle's stellar bedside manner was a true comfort, putting my mother and all of us at ease during a time filled with anxiety. She embodies the art of healing, skillfully managing a patient's mood without reliance on medication. People naturally feel uplifted when they are relaxed and happy, and Danielle's extraordinary bedside manner is a rare gift--one that can't necessarily be taught in school. It's either in you or it isn't. She truly has a heart to serve. On behalf of my family, thank you, Danielle, for your compassion and dedication. You are a remarkable individual, and your impact on our lives will not be forgotten.

Great Hospital. My mom had a open heart surgery here and in every step of the process we had a great experience with the staff, doctors and nurses. It was a stressful situation for our family and the team at the hospital always comforted us with their competency and professionalism. The surgery went great and mom feels way better. Thank you VPH! Very special shoutout to the ICU team. The most professional, caring and kind team of nurses. They were attentive, loving and calm 24/7 in a week my mom had to stay in the ICU. Great job and thank you for taking care of us. You guys are rockstars.

I was here for more than six days, and everyone was very kind, especially my nursing assistant. Genoeva. She was super kind and generous throughout my stay. Every one of the hospital staff was just great.

I was brought into the hospital on an emergency basis. I had asked the paramedics to bring me to a different hospital not knowing how serious my condition was and knowing that the reputation of Valley Pres wasn't the best. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed by the way I was taken care of. To name one name on any shift of nurses or CNAs from the ER, ICU or general care is to leave out the names of others whose names I just don't remember and I don't believe that is fair. Suffice it to say, with the exception of the food which I couldn't tolerate, I had an exceptional experience and have seriously changed my feelings about the care at this facility. I found all the staff who interacted with me to be caring, knowledgeable and supportive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my life and bringing me back to life!

I went to another hospital after waiting 4 hours in agonizing pain. They told me it changed from 6 to 9 hour possible wait time. But, they DID take me back for a CT scan and it was NOT busy at all. Even the tech said it was slow tonight. Then they put me back out in the waiting room for over another hour. I left to another ER in Encino and I was in a room in 5 minutes and attended to in 15 minutes. Valley Presp. SUCKS!
