Wow this place is a dump!! I thought it was a back alley butcher shop. There's only 4 parking spots which the employees take. So there's zero patient parking. There's 3 front desk employees and they take forever to check you in. Front desk girl gave me a hard time saying they don't take my ins. Advised I had a referral. And told her they should check this info before wasting our time and theirs. Front desk seemed to have no idea of how insurance or referrals work, didn't seem knowledgeable !! Worst part is that ALL staff is Armenian and they only speak their language. They're talking about me/situation after I kept telling them I don't understand what they're saying. This is so rude! While front desk and doctor (which doctor never came out!) were trying to figure out what to do. I just asked for my stuff back and walked out. I should have read the horrible reviews before wasting my time!!

Makes you wait more than 2 hours even though you schedule appointments months in advance. Some patients walk out of the clinic because they wait for 3 hours. Staff is unprofessional, when you walking they are on Tiktok and gossip with each other across the clinic. Pilossyan does not respect your patient rights and will even shame you for whatever test you request/need. Front desk ladies look like they hate their job and life; they roll their eyes and gossip while on their phones.

He is one of best doctor in San Fernando Valley. He is my father family doctor more than 6 years and Dr Pilossyan always treat his patients with respect and love.

Called for my dad, was put on hold for over 30 mins... all the while calling with another number also. Explained what was needed for home health care and they ignored and didnt answer again. Extremely unprofessional!!!! This is not a light matter, and it was a simple request.

One of the most caring doctors that I have ever seen. Thank you doctor, appreciate your hard work and knowledge in this field.Best Regards!
