I had a great experience talking with Dr. Kevin Bobrowsky. He was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions. He walked me clearly through all my options and explained how the procedures work.He was also able to refer me to another trilogies suggesting he really cared for my health. I felt very welcomed.

Dr Silas-Young OBGYN is an amazing doctor. She makes me very comfortable. She's listens without judgement. Explains step by step what she is doing and why. I've never had a Dr that just listens like she does. And takes the time to explain everything and what she's doing step by step. I will not see another Dr. I HIGHLY reccomend her!

I took my husband with severe left side pain, where he wasnt able to stand up straight or walk, to Kaiser Vallejo ER on Saturday night at 1130pm Excruciating pain!.. 4 hours of wait room later At 4am we were called inside! The Dr wrote for CT and Xray, 2hrs had gone by from the order but it wasnt done!! I kept reminding staff after staff, nothing till around 6am. Then the dr never came bk, RN discharged him with Tylenol and constipation meds around 7am. Today is Thursday evening, he is still in same pain, advise nurse and his dr recommends going back to ER!! FOR WHAT!! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO TREAT A PERSON, KEEP TESTING TILL YOU FIND WHATS WRONG. Its a joke. KAISERS ENTIRE SETUP IS MONEY MAKING

The LVN with the long hair (I forget his name but he was a float from Napa) in the allergy shot clinic was super nice and funny. He really loves working with the public and it made me feel so happy actually socializing with someone. Nowadays everyone is so anti social and this guy brought back the old customer service I miss so much. The receptionist was also kind and caring when I told her I wasn't feeling well when I got there. Just genuine good vibes from people who seem to understand they work in a hospital. Very rare nowadays! Kudos to the team in the allergy clinic 1st floor. Sorry forgot everyone's names! It was the afternoon of November 12 2025 if that helps.

ZERO- ZERO - ZERO STARS My father had a stroke on Sept 7th and was in a skilled nursing rehab for 8 weeks prior to be admitted to what they call a "high end ACUTE rehab" This facility is boarding on elder abuse. Strong points that need to be recognized. 1. This acute center gives you 30 minute time slots for PT, OT and ST. My father received minimal therapy during his 8 day stay and did not receive the therapy he paid for and almost all of the 30 minute time slots were less than 30 min. They only got him out of his wheelchair two times a day for approx 15 minutes each time. He received LESS therapy than he received at a skilled nursing facility. 2. The nurses made my father have his bowel movements (IN BED) they said it was easier than getting him up out of bed. My father was a very active 76 year old prior to this stroke, he is moderate assist when getting up and walking, he deserves to be treated like a human being and demoralizing him. 3. The Dr overseeing his care actually put him on antidepressants after (asking him) if he wanted to go on them. My father is NOT verbal and can not communicate what his care should be. 4. The facility used a system to speak to the patient through a push button option, My father can not speak, but when he pushed the button to get care, the nurses would often talk through it and say (what do you need?), ( I can not understand you!) (speak clearly!) I would then pick up the device and say HE CAN NOT SPEAK, HE NEEDS HELP! 5. My father had 4 low blood pressure situations (which never happened in 6 weeks in skilled nursing and all they said was, he need to drink more water. In which they NEVER filled his water up. No it is because they never took him out of his wheelchair. I watched him decline over the 8 days he was at this facility. This facility is a data mining facility. Just looking to record patients data, probably to use it later in a fashion that is not legal. Also, they act like they are using state of the art equipment, to record statics that the patient was able to be successful at an activity, but it is SO far from the truth. They should be using the tools necessary to get the patient "better", not record that they were successful at using some "device" even know the patient was not successful at it. LOTS of young, inexperienced therapists, probably right out of school. NO bedside manners! Often many of them did not even call my dad by the correct name. Young ones don't interact with patients, they are often on their cell phones, and don't even have any social interaction with patient. The ONLY exception was TC (PT therapist) and LUIS (nurse), they were FANTASIC. This facility needs to be investigated for elder abuse. The social (mental side) of recovery is just as important as the physical side, and this facility just puts patients in their room after therapy and hope they just shut up and be quiet. ZERO socialization with the patient and it is VERY depressing. Good thing I was at the facility every day from 8A-3P to interact with him. If you do not want your loved one to decline and just die here, do not send them to this facility. I discharged him after 8 days and brought him back to a skilled nursing facility. MY FATHER DESERVES TO GET BACK HIS 8 DAYS OF BENEFITS THAT YOU USED DURING THIS STAY! It was not beneficial, in any way!!! I am reporting this facility to the Department of Insurance and I am filing a grievance with Kaiser. (Also, do not even bother responding with your "canned" response. Your higher ups knew when I was discharging him early that I was not going away QUIET. Many people came in to "discuss" why I was discharging him, and they wanted to try to make things better. DAY LATE, DOLLAR SHORT!
